Seeking the help of a mental health professional can be one of the most valuable steps you can take on your journey towards healing and wholeness. Here at Collide, we believe strongly in the effectiveness of counseling and we don’t want finances to be a barrier to you in getting the help you need. Our counseling program was created so that women can freely say, “Yes,” to God’s invitation to walk toward the freedom He desires for all of us.
We allocate scholarship funding each year so we can offer financial assistance to women desiring the help of a mental health professional. If you are in need of financial assistance in order to seek healing through counseling, we are happy to help.
- Please fill out the below contact form and let us know you are interested in counseling.
- We will follow up with you to get to know specifically what sort of help and/or resources you are needing. If scholarship funds are available, we will send you an enrollee letter, along with a list of mental health professionals* that have gone through an application and interview process with Collide.
- Choose a counselor from the list and call them to set up an appointment. If you have received a scholarship enrollee letter from us, you will need to mention it to the counselor in order to make your first appointment.
- Scholarship recipients can go to 4 sessions “on us” within 3 months. You will pay a $25 co-pay for each session and the counselor will bill Collide for the rest of the fee. The four sessions can be used for personal OR marriage counseling but cannot be passed to anyone else.
*We offer this list for referral purposes to assist you in finding a therapist, but we cannot guarantee your experience in therapy and are not responsible for any therapist’s techniques, actions, or behaviors.
If we are not able to offer you a scholarship our available funding has been used for the year, we are happy to help you explore other resources that might be available to help you receive the help you seek.
