Verses on Hope

When you are having trouble finding hope, allow these verses to encourage you.
  •  You will be secure, because there is hope; you will look about you and take your rest in safety. Job 11:18 
  • Though he slay me, yet will I hope in him; I will surely defend my ways to his face. Job 13:15 
  •  But God will never forget the needy; the hope of the afflicted will never perish. Psalm 9:18 
  • No one who hopes in you will ever be put to shame, but shame will come on those who are treacherous without cause. Psalm 25:3 
  •  Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the Lord. Psalm 31:24 
  • Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God. Psalm 42:5 
  •  Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from him. Psalm 62:5
