Dr. Saundra Dalton-Smith is a board-certified internal medicine physician and work-life integration researcher, as well as a speaker, and author of several books. She founded Restorasis, a company dedicated to restoring well-being in the workplace and helping with burnout prevention strategies. She does all of this while juggling family life.
