Pain Doesn't Have to Have the Last Word

So many of us have experienced pain. We’ve experienced loss, deep grief, betrayal and name calling. We’ve experienced backstabbing, gossip, chronic pain, divorce, and abandonment.  We’ve been lied to, used, and looked over. Some of us still carry the wounds of our childhood around with us every single day. One thing we believe wholeheartedly around Collide is that God can meet us in our pain and write the most beautiful redemption stories out of it. He is a God, afterall, who is in the business of trading pain in for good. Isaiah 53 says, “By His wounds we are healed.” Trading pain in for healing, that’s what God does. Let’s look together for God to bring beauty out of our broken chapters…
