Each of us long to experience deep connection in our marriage.  Our soul seeks to be intimately known, yet the complexities of marriage often leave us feeling disconnected.  In this engaging workshop, Dr. Steve Call and his wife Lisa, will offer candid insight to help you and your spouse understand and change dynamics that disrupt connection. We will explore areas such as story, conflict, shame, play and how increased awareness and insight can lead us to deeper connection, healing and intimacy. You will leave this workshop with practical tools, and techniques that will help you navigate the hopeful path toward cultivating connection in your marriage!

Dr. Steve and Lisa Call

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Steve Call, a licensed clinical psychologist, received his MA in theology from Fuller Seminary, his MS in marriage and family therapy from Seattle Pacific University, and his PhD in clinical psychology from Seattle Pacific University. Dr. Call is currently a professor of counseling at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology in Seattle, Washington, as well as a clinical psychologist with over twenty years’ experience, specializing in marriage counseling. Dr. Call teaches marriage workshops and offers intensive marital therapy for couples.

Steve and his wife, Lisa, have been married for more than thirty years and have three children. Lisa, a Montessori preschool teacher, has a passion for children and learning and is the founder of Farmhouse Montessori. Steve and Lisa have two adult children and one feisty freshman high schooler still at home. Together they enjoy playing on their farm and on the beaches of the Oregon Coast.
