Building Boundaries in Love

A class to help you set healthy boundaries with your family and friends so that you can have thriving relationships and a peaceful heart.

When you love someone, it can be difficult to know how to set healthy boundaries in a way that communicates your care for them, yet creates the space and clarity necessary for your own mental health and relational success. It can be even harder to receive boundaries from a loved one. In this class you will learn from two mental health therapists and a pastor about how to set, communicate, and receive boundaries in a way that preserves your own peace and also promotes healthy, loving relationships. Prepare for the uptick in social gatherings and family time the holidays bring by thoughtfully considering your boundaries and how they may be set in a loving way.

Get ready to dig in to the deep and real. At our classes, workshops and retreats, we like to skip the surface-level parts and get right to the heart of what matters to us as women, whether we’re discovering our purpose, facing past wounds, or developing our leadership skills.

You’re going to want to come to a class, workshop, or retreat with a teachable spirit, a hunger to learn, your favorite notebook, and a pen with looots of ink so you can jot down all the revelations, action items, and realizations you have as you listen to our expert teachers and chat with other like-minded women.

We will be taking necessary health and safety precautions for this in-person gathering. Collide encourages guests to wear masks when not seated and eating or drinking. We will thoroughly sanitize the venue and set up the space with socially distanced seating. Thank you for respecting the various comfort levels of other guests as guidelines and recommendations continue to evolve.
