Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Am I going to feel welcome?
A:

Collide is an intergenerational gathering that now draws hundreds of women with all different backgrounds, stories, faith places, socioeconomic status’, ethnicities and experience. Women who don’t go to church gather with women from the most liberal to the most conservative of churches and everything in between and together we run into God. We now have women who are 17 and women who are 87 sitting on the same pews and learning from each other. We have meth addicts walking in the doors to collide with Jesus right along with professors, doctors, lawyers and pastors. We have people getting help in our Counseling program right along women discovering their gifts and using them to help others on our Ministry Team. We have people who have known God their whole lives seeing Him in new ways right alongside people who are meeting Him for the very first time. They are blown away together. Collide is for everyone, no matter who you are or where you have been and that is perhaps why God is showing Himself so powerfully here!

Q: What if I am unable to purchase a ticket?
A:

We do not want finances to be an obstacle in the way of you coming to Collide! We have scholarships available. Please email us requesting a scholarship at registration@wecollide.net

Q: What can I expect the day to look like?
A:

Every Collide event is unique and different from any other. We shape and craft a day around a passage of scripture in the New Testament where Jesus collides with someone. Our events often include stories, teachers, speakers, small group breakout opportunities, shared meal, art, music and worship, creative exercises, reflection and prayer. Each event is a unique experience that we are certain will meet all women where they are at!

Q: What can I expect on the menu?
A:

We do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions. Typically we try to offer gluten free, dairy free or vegetarian options. Each event is different so unfortunately we are not always able to cater to everyones restrictions at each event.

Q: Can I come late or leave early?
A:

Yes, you are able to come and go as you please as we want to make Collide accessible to you. However, we are not able to sell half price tickets. Our events are crafted as a conversation from beginning to end so keep that in mind as you schedule yourself! We truly believe you will get the most out of your Collide experience by starting and ending the conversation!

Q: How can I help?
A:

Check out our “Serve” page.

Q: Does Collide have a refund policy for purchased tickets?
A:

Unfortunately, Collide is not able to refund ticket purchases for any event. If you find you cannot make the event you purchased a ticket for you have two options:

  1. Consider donating your ticket to scholarship another woman who may not be able to attend due to financial constraints.
  2. Receive a credit for the next Collide gathering. (Due to catering commitments we cannot transfer tickets within 7 days or less from the event. All sales within 7 days of the event are final. Tickets may only be transferred once. If an event is canceled due to inclement weather, tickets will be transferred to next scheduled event.)

Please email us at registration@wecollide.net and let us know if you are not able to attend and if you’d like to receive a credit or give a scholarship. Thank you.
